What to expect.
I love to have fun. So with every session I do I strive to make it as stress free and as fun as possible! I won’t have you walk around saying "cheese" until your cheeks hurt; Although, I may tell a few bad jokes to lighten the mood to capture a real smile. Let’s talk about what I mean when I say "real smile" for just a moment because it’s really important. A real smile is an expression that happens when you are happy. It’s not fake and it’s not forced. I’m looking for you at your best. I’ll be taking your picture and you do want it to look like you, right? I know I sure do! The best images are those that are not posed or with very little direction given. I may ask you to sit in a chair or lean against a building but it will never take away from a genuine reaction you have! So come ready to let loose and have some fun!
What to wear.
I think this is probably the most asked question to photographers. The answer is actually quite simple. Wear something that is going to reflect you and your individual style. For example; if you wear cowboy boots everyday… wear the boots! A necklace, a scarf, a hat are all acceptable if that’s your style. No writing on clothing is a must and do your best to try and stay within the same color palette. It always works best if you are coordinated!
